ive been doing it, but idk if im killing my gains. was lean bulking for 7 months of gym, now cutting (500-600 cal cut)

honestly didn't think about this

higher fat does hinder ur growth because fat = more estrogen

maybe try to increase your protein intake and eat less carbs

caloric deficit isn't an issue, the body prioritizes growing over everything else, nutrition is

25% is pretty much obese, and most people underestimate their bodyfat. Fat turns T into E, so you are cucking yourself by being a fatso, and you will end up fucking 1/10s and posting pics of your small dick like londonvillie.

Usually cutting isn't optimal during puberty but don't listen to everyone who's telling you no


25% is literally almost obese, you're fucking yourself more by not cutting than by cutting. You're going through puberty with high E which will speed up the plates closing among other bad shit

Even doctors urge kids at that bodyfat to lose weight

How much calories do you cosume? Me being 156 lbs 5'10 I have to eat 3000 kcal to maintain weight and about 4-5 kcal to gain weight. And I wonder how people eat about 2500 and stay at the weight more than mine

I think that if I eat less than 2000 calories I won't be even able to perform daily activities normally. That's too little for my metabolism

Niggas fearmongering here with how much of a death sentence caloric deficit is while being fat during teen years like holy shit don't you just have fat stored that you have there for years, if anything your body will feel much better after losing weight because ur a fat fuck :lul:

Cut to 20% and maintain that body fat level till you are at least 18. I'm only saying this because if you become more fat, your skin is going to stretch and you won't be able to reduce its size unless you get surgery and will look fat on the belly/chest after you cut to 12% body fat like this guy.
