hey man, i eat about 1890 a day to lose weight (around 500-600 cal cut)How much calories do you cosume? Me being 156 lbs 5'10 I have to eat 3000 kcal to maintain weight and about 4-5 kcal to gain weight. And I wonder how people eat about 2500 and stay at the weight more than mine

Cut to 20% and maintain that body fat level till you are at least 18.
