Is it worth doing a septoplasty at 16?

There's a yoga technique called Sutra Neti, you put strings or rubber tubes up your nose, you can then use thicker and thicker strings to stretch your nasal cavity, some yogis can even put snakes in their noses.

Generally its best to wait until you are like 18-19. Because your nose might still be growing during that time. So if you get septoplasty too early your nose might deviate again later because it may be prone to grow deviated for whatever reason.
I personally know that my nose grew before i was 18 since i began to get symptoms of a deviated septum at that age.
