However,

(at least in Europe) what matters more i think is the overall school year score. So aim to be in a certain percentage, you don’t need to be perfect (as excelling in something useless makes you indeed retarded and useless) and don't overwork yourself for something that comes and goes like your education which is passive anyway and you won't stop doing it until you finally end up getting a job and making your boss 2 more ferraris each month kek. No rush but do it so you can do other things and aim to be in a certain % looked upon as successful and which you need to get a decent job until you build a business.

As for school being useless you can try sick leave or switch to online class/figure out to do something while in school or talk to your principle about that topic and he will list you your options with absence and everything

If you are talking about applying to internships and stuff, and therefore you are talking about University grades, I would say yes, based off my experience.

As a student, if you don't have any experience yet, the only signals you can give is extra curricular activities and your GPA (they usually ask for transcript).

Yep, taking your studies seriously develops good habits and discipline that you will carry on for your career. For A-levels you can get away with doing 1-2hour per day to get straight A grades. Easily doable.

I got 3A*1A but I barely studied & had shit discipline so struggled to motivate myself when it came to uni. Only now that I'm taking Parnate which increases dopamine did I start to achieve close to my potential.

High School only matters to get into a good University
Getting into a good University only matters to build connections (and obtain a degree)
If you plan to go the entrepreneur route, trade job, or some other miscellaneous career path, then don't worry about it
