Is it worth it to stop using caffeine for collagen?

Like how much of a change would it make if I went from 1-2 coffee a day to 0? Would the collagen benefits outweigh the negatives?
 
it's important to enjoy life as well, so imo not worth it. The difference would be minimal anyways

Nah caffeine is a crazy good drug if your not dumb and have a legit protocal.

Your protocol?
I have a nootropic protocol. But i take caffeine alone once every 2 weeks 300-400mg. If I could change i would do caffeine + lthinene. I take caffeine pills. I prob take caffeine once a week though because somtimes I take a nootropic called gorilla mind respawn which has 350 mg of caffeine sometimes. Ik once per week is considered low but everyone abuses caffeine imo. When I take caffeine with nootropics it feels comparable to Adderall because I don't take it often.

Yeah i agree. dont get his nootropic drinks. Get respawn its just a better dosed energy drink. Overall its not worth it if its not making you more money than what your spending on it
 
no. caffeine is OP but you should still limit caffeine use

I took it and it done fuk all expensive asf + i saw sum high iq dude say that your body digests collagen into other things and meaning it does nothing

It doesn't matter man. The caffeine does negligible damage to collagen. You can avoid every little thing that breaks down collagen you will still look like an old man at 60. But, it would be more important to sleep a lot, avoid cigarettes and alcohol, wear good sunscreen and use tret and don't worry about the caffeine

No idea, but if you go on Amazon there should be a caffine + l theanine blend. Just take that. 300mg of caffine

I'd look for a 100mg pill so you can dose at both 200-300 &400
