Is it worth taking it orally, or is topical more practical?
Edit: I'm using this to thicken eyebrows and eyelashes, not to prevent hair loss.

If it is effective topically, there is no need to let it go systemic. Patience is a virtue.

if you are using it to thicken brows and lashes then topical minoxidil will work and you should pair it with a derma stamp, you can use lattise as well
