Depends but good Italian restaurants foodmog almost everything else, maybe it's on par with japanese cuisine but that's a personal opinion because i like fresh fish

Italians eat pasta and bread every day and their obesity rates doesnt compare to america, could be because there's less processed foods in italy but the point still stands
