i'm wondering if jacking off is really that bad of a thing as people say it is,I've heard it makes your "bones grow" "boosts testosterone" and "makes your penis bigger"
I never ever have been able to hold semen retention for over a month,and I think I got decent levels of testosterone since I got some nice erections and my penis is pretty big,I mean,I can actually two hand it and there's a little more left,I don't know if I will benefit at all from semen retention other than those "mental" benefits that I've read about.
