Mirin results;

How old are you?

Are there confounding factors, that might have contributed to such results (Being in puberty, megadosing vitamin K2, taking HGH or AAS, etc,...), aside from the chewing?

Not everyone looks good with bigger masseters, unfortunately

I'm 20 now, I started at 18. Chewing mutliple hours a day probably helped me the most and biting down with force and clenching later on helped as well. Prefer harder gums later on, it will help you grow quicker. If you're predisposed to TMJ it will fuck you up though, if you end up getting it. No other substances used.

that's true I guess, but until your masseters are wider than ur bizygomatic width, you should be fine unless rly bad insertions making you look like a hamster

mewing helps to avoid TMJ and is not cope

If you decide to chewmax,

make sure you have taken the proper precautions, i.e. that you hadn't had Bimax before, because it can fuck you up, or being very careful about the way you chew.

Rates for relapse are pretty high for Bimax; "muscle memory" is a thing;

If you take up hardcore chewing after jaw surgery, and that you don't make sure that you modify, and adapt, your chewing to the new (but fragile) configuration of your jaw muscles and bones, you may relapse into your old ways of chewing and moving your jaw around, which will defeat the purpose of having surgery in the first place

Falim is shit, mastic from greece is the real deal. It looks expensive but you can reuse it and it lasts very long before you got to use a new one. Don't waste time with falim.
Monitor your growth and take breaks so you don't end up having too much masseter and TMJ.

do these rules still apply to BSSO or only to bimax?
