Is jogging bad for you

I recently came across a post which said that jogging increases your cortisol, lowers your test and ruins your joints, is it true?
 
Long distance yes, but vigourous sprinting is opposite but ideally you should just walk instead since its our body's natural transport and natural means no manmade cortisol spikes from jogging

Those things are all true but if it improves your quality of life generally (which it does for most people) and has so many health/longetivy benefits that you shouldn’t care about that. Never met a distance runner that didn’t have pure love for the activity. You do you
