In my view it’s basically a risk–reward tradeoff. Lower‑impact peptides (e.g. CJC‑type compounds) tend to be low risk but also low upside in terms of visible aesthetic change. They’re unlikely to meaningfully “ascend” someone on their own, but also unlikely to cause major issues. Higher‑impact interventions (e.g. HGH or compounds like reta, depending on the goal) have more potential upside, but obviously come with greater biological risk and variability, especially if someone doesn’t understand what they’re doing or is still developing. GHK‑Cu seems most defensible for skin quality / healing, with modest but real effects. MT2 can help very pale individuals tan, but it’s clearly a tradeoff and not something everyone should touch. For pure skin outcomes, tretinoin is still more evidence‑based than most peptides and probably offers a better risk–reward profile for the average person.but then again if your super young then u shoudint rlly do hgh n shi cs its horrible for your health but maybe try ghkcu for better skin sleep n hair yk

you just need better diet not those shits

honestly ghkcu is pretty safe yk basicly no risk at all

No, if it does it will be minimal. Theirs a million other ways to Debloat and it won’t work if ur a fat fuck
I'm 10 percent body fat bro so can you tell me the other ways to debloat instead of getting mad and raising your cortisol

Mb. Try lasix or other diuretics. You can look for natural ones and just cut out lots of salt and that’s pretty much it. Don’t eat foods that will inflame u

Damn thanks for the advice bro can you explain what lasix and diuretics do also my diet is basically free of salt and the only thing that really could inflame me is dairy products but I need them at my age for growth

Yeah I'd just buy some potassium citrate and diuretics from indiamart those work insane
I dont live in India so I probably dont have an india mart but does the brand matter or can any potasium supplement work

So you are saying you cut sugar right? Do you know how much sugar have k shamis debloat powder?

No but I watch goatis video and he says its toxic
Idk man but i think you dont need that, all you need is cardio potassium intake sodium flush and sum like that, and if all of that is not working i dont think k shamis debloat powder will work.
