theres defo worse, the ingredients themselvves arent bad but obviously they are highly processed, you should eat raw milk raw eggs raw meat raw honey, döner wont ruin you but it isnt really healthy either, the more good stuff you eat (raw milk raw eggs etc) the more döner you can eat w o it impacting ur health
