Does anyone know if it has a detrimental effect on skin/aging? Im hoping it’ll help with my indigestion but it seems like a lot of people who go on extreme, gimmicky diets look terrible after

Better to just go low-carb rather than full on keto but anything that restricts sugar is going to yield an improvement to your skin.

Depends on what your goal is.

If it’s to lose bodyfat then the only thing that matters is Calories In < Calories Out

Doesn’t matter which diet you choose, just be in caloric deficit and avoid processed foods. Most of these fad diets operate on this principle, it’s just whichever one works best with your lifestyle and food preferences

All those trend diets are bs

Keto can help a little

but dude literally just eat clean no junk food or nothing unnatural, exercise everyday, and cook your own meals and only drink water, milk, and low sugar juice or fruit smoothies

Best part about cooking your own food is that you can eat wayyy more than going outside, save money and it’s fun also
