What’s a better diet

There is no holy grail diet for fat loss. What works is getting into a caloric deficit in whatever way is most sustainable for you. Some people love fattier foods and some low foods higher in carbs. Do it either way while keeping the protein high and consuming mostly whole foods and you'll be fine

During ketosis the body burns fat instead of carbs and glycogen tho, keeping muscle while losing fat no?

that's all bullshit. doesn't affect fat loss and there are studies comparing high vs low carb diets that show essentially no difference in results. some people just prefer one or the other

Cutting out carbs will lose u weight faster, but not fat - the going about no carb burning fat, aside from being unsustainable, is a larp, cutting out carbs just massively depletes ur calories.

Problem is the weight u lose is water from ur muscles, as u don't have the carbs in ur muscles to hold the water, which is what gives ur muscles the fullness.

Idk maybe if some nigga took high dose creative while going zero carb. That might keep the muscles and help with losing fat?

It loses weight because of the defecit but keeps muscle (or at least some of it) because you’re still getting adequate protein

interesting. tell me more
the way they measured cals is by putting 1 gram of carb/fat/protein etc and measuring the change of temperature in the water. Our bodies don't work the same way AT ALL.

I've eaten 6k "calories" of meat and still lost bodyfat. Carbs are your enemy, its literally sugar and we don't need 1 gram of it. It just tastes good.

Well yes there is more to macros than just the calories they contain such as the thermogenic effect they have on your body when they get heated up and also what they go to. But that doesn't mean sugar is this crazy fat-storing macronutrient that makes it impossible to lose weight

Yes creatine supplementation during calorie deficit helps prevent muscle wastage

It is. You can add fruits and veggie juice and still be fine. The main enemy is cooked starch
