Is latisse a form of eye drops?? It's not named as "lash serum"

I'm confused basically cause I have not stumbled upon a single form of bimatropost that mentions "lash growth serum".

It always mentions eye drops.

This is a retarded question but can i use these or is there actually a form of latisse that clearly mentions "lash growth serum" and that's the one i need to use

Its not retarded, its presribed in belgium and i wiwll get it very soon, but dont apply it on your eyes, just apply it to your lashes only

Its better that way to prevent fat loss and hollow eyes blud now give me solution

the active drug in it is called bimatoprost

Ofc, many people use it bcs it's cheaper, but it's the same substance(bimatoprost)! Altough I wouldn't personally use it as it can fuck up ur fat pads
