is lean bulking bs cope or is it good

Basically instead of becoming fat and big slowly per month, lean bulking is when someone goes on a surplus of +350 to +450 calories above maintenance and slowly gaining muscle or something while staying lean

Bulking is just aggressive like 4k cals surplus to 3k etc

Contrary to the bulk which is literally ropefuel for self esteem

anybody who tried it out and knows?

There's a good variety of people that post results with true weight gain, id appreciate knowing if its worth it or not

It is not "cope".

Lean bulking is between 200 up to 300 kilocalorie surplus. Any more than 300 will result in excessive fat gain.

Dirty bulking will build more muscle in the same amount of time if you eat more proteins and carbohydrates and all other nutrients, but it will also result in much more fat gain. You will have to lose that body fat later.

It is best to lean bulk because you can maintain or maybe decrease your body fat percentage while increasing total body mass because your skeletal muscle gain will be higher than adipose tissue gain.

its not cope im doing it rn and see visible results

It's a time tested method that is much more optimal than putting on mass too quickly. Unless you are a professional strongman/shot-putter, you have no business doing a crazy bulk.

yea and with clean foods you can easily fit in a sufficient amount of protein and more than enough carbs in a 200-300 surplus dont know why anyone ever dirty bulks
