is leanmax / calorie deficit pointless without gym?

is it even possible to achieve 10% bf without it? not asking so i can cope with not going, just curious question. i gym 4-5x a week (in gym rn actually)

you're losing extra calories with lifting, you keep muscle, you get more vascularity cause the muscles are pushing veins out, you're not looking soft as fuck and just malnourished

You don't need to work out if you are tall, never had vitamin D defficiency once in your life, only ate natural foods since your birth and did a lot of natural physical activities.

Otherwise get to the gym you twigs.

answer is yes, you will be malnourished, and muscles loss is possible
 
im 175cm 63kg. This is ideal for my body. Im not skinny fat and Im not too skinny. I dont eat at calorict deficit. When I want debloat. I will run for 10 minute, skip breakfast and drink water. When I work at home. I will enjoy life.
