I AM actually LDARing, i am on one meal a day but i am hardstuck to 15% bf and can't escape the skinny fat zone

Someone told me i can't be lean without a minimum of efforts because my body will stock fat if i don't have a minimum ammont of muscles (i have literally 0 muscles, everything is Lost since i stopped eat)

Is he true or i just have a shit genetic ? I hate the gym tbh so i Hope he is wrong.

All you need is a calorie deficit, you CAN and SHOULD gymmax but if ur genetics aren't working in that favor you can still get lean without any type of training

Gymceling of some type, whether calisthenics or weights is unfortunately the only solution to skinnyfat. At 15% bodyfat, if you do things properly and bulk up slowly, you could have a great physique in a year.

Cutting too far when skinnyfat won’t work, body will just burn off bit of muscle and keep preserving fat due to subhuman metabolism. However if you build muscle, your metabolism will start working normally

Yes unironicaly i think you are right. All this years as being a subhuman skinnyfat kinda fucked my fat distribution.

I AM not really sure about bulking. I know for begginers it's possible to gain some muscles even in a deficit. Especially because i have a decent T level (878ng/dL)

My goal is not to having muscle. But only lowering my bodyfat.

Gonna starting a diet, taking supplements and go doing some sport. I can't see my abs rn it's a shame

Building muscle in a deficit is a meme unless you’re uber new, but even then you’re just gaining neural efficiency, learning how to use the muscle and building a tiny bit, especially at your bodyfat. Only 30% bodyfat noobie fatasses can for a few months maybe build some muscle on a deficit, trust me i’ve tried lmao.

Congrats on having good testosterone tho, that means the transformations will be possible and is infact probable if you do everything right, i wasted a year making no gym progress as a skinnyfat beginner and now that I’ve corrected everything, i’ve started making progress. Here are the things I did wrong and what i’m doing right to make progress, along with other common errors that lead to stagnation:

1) track everything. Some guys ik can eat instinctively and gain mass, but I can’t. I have to record how many calories/protein/fats i ate and keep track

2) do not hop on weird ass programs. Stay away from “soyence based” or fullbody stronglifts/starting strength. Ever wonder why everyone posts big numbers for their stronglifts/starting strength lifts yet never their physiques? Because they all look like shit. On stronglifts, I hit 160lbs bench press for 5, yet was bloated and had skinny arms, why? Because i skipped isolation lifts like curls, pushdowns, lateral raises because stronglifts told me they were useless. Don’t make that mistake, or you end up a strong DYEL, remember , you don’t care for strength, you care for some female attention, 3x8-12, 4x10 is LAW.

3) consistency. Stick to one program for a long time, you will get results, keep switching out exercises or routine, no results. Resist the temptation to program hop.

4) dont fall for “functional fitness”. It’s not functional at getting you bitches

5) don’t fall for the GaInTaInAnCe meme or maingaining meme. Eat more for muscle, eat less to lose fat. Pick one stick with it

6) calories are important. Don’t fall for the meme of “calories in calories out is fake, blah blah blah, ray peats diet blah blah”. Ray peats diet people are all fat copers. By counting calories while working out in a deficit, i maintained strength, improving it slightly over a 3 month period while losing 20 lbs.

Skinnyfat is a default, unfit state that most people who weren’t physically active in their youth, didn’t move around, and ate like shit end up in, not some bizzare disease and can be escaped, it’s achieveble. You don’t need to do anything special, just eat good food, bulk up slowly, and follow a good routine. At the end, you’ll be able to cut down and reveal all them gains. You got this,

Good luck
