Is leanmaxxing safe at 18?

I dont want to ruin height potential by not eating in a surplus. But my growth palates are probably closed, and Ill just be doing it for 40ish days or so. Is it worth it?

Depends if ur still not fully grown and notice ur father is taller or something

Most ppl don’t grow past 18 but there are some late bloomers

You prolly have 1 inch left AT MOST. It shouldn’t harm you at all, if you leanmaxx using protein
