go get a CT scan and we shall see.

but lets say you following through with lefort 1, its not that dangerous. its a very common procedure but if u do more than like 4 mm advancement on the maxilla you can end up looking like a chimp.

im assuming you will also do it with rotation yeah?

and your alveolar ridge (lower maxilla) will be more advanced than your zygos or infraorbitals, so often you need to get infraorbital rim implants to balance it out.
