they are, but its nothing compared to lefort 2. dont ever have the thought of getting that surgery again.

you have no idea how big of an operation this is. google the risks of this surgery, and see for yourself.

besides, non syndromic people cant get this surgery anyways

Ok thanks bro mb I haven’t really done much research on surgery because I’m not old enough yet. Is their any other less invasive operations I could do?

unless you have a medical need for bimax, i recommend just saddled inframalar implants (or you could say custom midface implants)
