Ive looked at all the surgeries to bring the maxilla forward and in all the diagrams they only show the advancement of the lower part of the maxilla which is completely useless as i struggle more with the top part.

Is lefort 2 available in the UK?

Useless surgery. If you're maxilla isn't extremely recessed you don't need it. Average maxilla is enough.

If your maxilla isn't Barrett tier you're recessed

damn boysies, you got no clue about maxillas. It is all about harmony, not pure forward growth. I am quite sure you watched too much college teen movies in past.

High lefort 1 +suborbital and zygo implants can simulate a knock off lefort 3 probably

Modified lefort 3 is basically a high cut that advances the orbital rims and the upper part of the midface as well as the cheekbones

And they can make certain cuts to horizontally augment and project the bones further, like how it’s done with a chin wing + widening of the jaw angles.

Obviously not everyone has the same exact degree of concavity that the person in this picture does. The underbite makes him look gigasubuman like only deformed people can benefit from this.

However, it’s all relative and if your nose looks larger than it is and you have negative orbital vector due to a midfacial bone deficiency you can use this procedure to augment your natural bone to the point of proficiency in that region.

I think a Quadrangular Lefort 2 would be a better alternative than a MLF3 to fix that.

It would not advance the zygos tho.

Result looks good, But why not just go ahead and augment the zygos if you’re already going to be under the knife and want an ideal result?

They’re arguably the most important part of the face, definitely signal positive forward growth and nothing beats that natural bone curvature.

Forgot where I heard this claim, but does anyone know the origin of the claim that blindness risk in actual Lefort III (not modified) is in reality lower than in Lefort II?

It probably would be easier to find a surgeon that would perform a QLF2 than one that would perform a MLF3.

You could always get implants to augment the zygos.

You could probably get a consultation with Sinn soon if you have measurable recession and your wallet with you. Booking the surgery within the next few months tbh

But other than him? If you decide he’s too old? Yeah..that’s probly true

But the key is to just keep searching for what you want, until you get it. And not letting a surgeons limitations limit your surgical intervention to yourself. Just move onto another surgeon as there’s always another.

The difference in zygos augmentation and no augmentation, could make a huge difference in your life. If I’m under the knife and getting my bones cut, might as well do more so my long recovery is more worth it.
