It's the most legit looksmaxx option for below average height guys. It won't do shit if sub-HTN in terms of dating improvements though.

This mostly applies to guys between 5'5-5'8 range because if less than 5'5, only chad face will compensate 4 inch LL gains and if more than 5'8 with HTN face, getting LL is not worth it since one can fraud 5'9-5'10 with lifts at that height.

More than 4 inches with double LL will look shit so 4 inches total is what you can get while looking more or less proportional afterwards (2.5 inches on femur and 1.5 inches on tibia). That's why below strong 165 cm it's over unless chad face coupled with impressive frame and even then, 160 cm is the lowest you can be to hit the 170 cm mark and get tangible benefits as chad face with decent frame is enough to compensate at 170 cm.

Bottom line is that LL should be the last nail in the coffin of hardmaxxing and should only be done if less than strong 5'8. Don't even bother with it if not having at least strong HTN face or until you can attain one though. It won't change a thing in terms of SMV gains without a decent looking face.

with good surgeon it will be okay
Nah it won't, your legs will be more fragile

You take risks during the operation itself

And after that for about 2 years every step you take is a risk too, you straight up have to relearn how to walk

It's not worth it bro

Being a manlet is worse.

Well, it's obviously a huge risk to take but rewards are life changing if going from short to average.

LON on femur is a gamble as there's a chance of getting internal bone infection which is devastating and very hard to treat. It's still a viable option if budget is tight but only with reputable surgeon and under strict monitoring.

For tibia, pure external is fine as long as you're capable of withstanding being in frames for about 1.5 months per cm distracted. Above 5 cm is retarded for tibia as you will overstretch the AT which will necessitate another surgery to cut that tendon. That tendon is very important for proper leg function so when you cut and lengthen it surgically, you're permanently crippling your explosiveness in the legs.

I've seen countless of results and more than 6-6.5 cm on femur looks shit when naked and more than 4 cm is also shit for tibia. Either you do one LL in femurs for 6-6.5 cm and be done with it or lengthen 10 cm in both segments proportionally, there's no other way around if you don't want to look weird.

And, more than 10 cm will make most guys disproportional AF, so it will be over the moment you take off your clothes in front of a woman.

people who haven't got an idea on the topic, must stfu. if you really gonna do dont take serious these mfs. look what science and doctors say. here article from pubmed. low rate of major complication and patient satisfaction. and who say muh ll is brutal muh u cant walk. Just look fucking scoliosis surgery and see what real brutality is

you can get up to 8 cm safely in one segment with LL. Proportions are cope anyway as long as your wingspan is only 10 cm shorter than your height.
