Is lifting better than cardio during leanmax?

To preserve muscle and burn more calories? What about training legs for the calorie burn
 
if you keep your muscle leanmaxxing will be easier and you wont be a skeleton but if you do cardio you will be able to eat more
 
yes, I don't even do cardio during my cut just so I preserve as much muscle mass. If you cut too fast you'll look crap. if you're nutritions not on point and you're not lifting weights just give up
 
just do 40 mins of moderate intensity at the end of your workouts instead of rotting in your home for 40 mins more. forget leanmaxxing you will start waking up better, your shit will be functioning better etc.
