there's self improvement websites for FtM trannies from 2010 that contain virtually ALL of the information that's commonly discussed here, they're way ahead on that shit, I got the aqualyx idea from them.

it doesn't always require surgeries, some structures lend themselves pretty well to it, I know a bunch that pass really well, they've been on estrogen for years but haven't had any surgeries.
