It depends where you get the surgery. If you can live with your parents rent free, saving for this surgery becomes very easy though

Yess completly shit surgery....risk to reward ratio is very off...i have seen a guy that did this shit and it looks horrible ngl....the legs are too long and disproportionate to the rest of the body....thankfully i dont need to think about this shit but still would never consider it.
