Is long time slime in throat and nose a possible sign of std?

Yeah I know it's probably ridicculous but idc, hear me out. In summer I had a few ONS and used protected sex but I frenchkissed them. Any chance I got something since my throat has been feeling slimy and nose semi blocked after the last one on and off for a month now? Usually its only a week or two max. Tried finding info but it's in 5 page articles or there are also other symptoms I don't have like fever?
