Is longer or shorter hair better when bulking

By longer I don't mean long like a girl, just a few months of growing from a very short haircut

I know usually it's better to have longer hair, but does it change when bulking? The facial fat and bloat makes you look more estrogenic

I think short looks better. Long hair + fat bulk face = neckbeard, but short hair + bulk face = bear mode
