what color, i was thinking light blond or sum and black brows

gingers are pretty pale in general, so don't go for anything lighter than you have now
go for any shade of brown for good contrast
brows and lashes you can do darker brown or black indeed

can't give any advice because i'm not really qualified, but yes, progress. from ltn nerd to strong mtn, easy potential for htn with more development.
