You said that you are a man and plan to have a daily caloric intake of 1500 calories.

so no

Depends on what that weight consists of, some overweight people are massively inflamed and hold alot of water weight due to it.

It could be possible

i had a strict diet (and i mean super strict) and heavy cardio and i lost 7.5kgs just this month. but i think 2kg of that is initial water weight loss, so its more like 5.5kg this month.

to lose 30kg myself from my starting goal, i would have to diet for 5 more months like this along with heavy cardio. so yeah, basically no.
but 30kg weightloss is generally done by people in 9 or so months, and to do it in half the time (5 months) is quite the feat in itself.

If you are fasting its possible. Dry fasting is even quicker

it is the second time i truly had a strict as fuk diet (the first time was during the initial 2020 lockdown, when i was wayyy less fat, i did a strict gluten free diet back then),

some takeaways i have:
- it was more harder to keep up with the cravings than the first time i dieted, so, i guess the more fat a person is, the more harder it is to diet.

- once u start the diet, all the cravings legit go away after 3 weeks. legit no cravings whatsoever. even if someone mentions ur fav processed foods, ur tongue wont water like it always does.

- hit protein targets, that should be the priority of ur food consumption, avoid gluten at all costs. at least avoid them until you get super lean and can maintain it for a while. i absolutely would recommend this.

- protein target is 1.1g per lb of bodyweight. so that would mean about 255g of protein for you at ur current weight. u might think its a lot and i did too, but goddamn the days where u eat the most amount of protein are the most energetic, happy, and calm days.

- eating a lot of protein at the same meal is very very hard, i experimented quite some with different eating styles, and the best way i found is to eat a lot of meat in the afternoon, and then keep all ur little amount carbs for the night along with some protein.
so basically,
for lunch, the meal would be like around 180g of protein (from animal sources only).
for dinner, the meal would be like 50g animal protein + some carbs to not fk up ur mind + some fruit
skipping breakfast

and unironically this is the french way of eating, their culture is still like this to this day, and they're very clean in eating too and its extremely healthy too.

- cardio, hit 20k steps, and if u r using a threadmill, do inclined walking, inclination at 13 and speed 5km.
unless u have a hill to run on, i wouldnt recommend running on flat ground, unless u want to.

fasting fucks up ur metabolism hard, i tried fasting for 3 days straight, it gets the weighloss but u feel like shit and u gain it all back very fast for some reason

That's a caloric deficit of 1925 calories per day. It's extremely hard, you would need to eat like 1000 calories a day and do 2 hours of cardio for 4 months

Depends how much weight if you lose 60 pounds your not gaining it all back just slowly start eating again.

if it matters, i gained all this extra weight in the last 2 years by pushing my limits regarding drinking and binge eating

im not just talking about muscles, ur phermones, cytokines, and hormonal profile all have a massive paradigm shift and to fast for extended periods of time while food in front of u and u can smell it too, is just asking for ur body to not function as it is intended to

I guess I see your point but if your 60 pounds over weight caloric deficiet would take 1 year maybe longer to fix.

Haven't lost a single kilo for the past 5 months even though I barely eat 1800 kcal and rack up 16k steps at the very least. My initial goal was going from 72kg to 48kg but looks like it's not possible for me.

what did you eat? you might have a severe insulin problem if you can't lose fat at all or maybe even thyroid problems.

even if you eat clean you can't just get rid of 60 pounds like that OP said 4 months that means burning 12 pounds a month on a good cut 6 pounds a month would be hard but not impossible to do.

I don't have any problems with insul and my adrenalin, cortisol levels are over the top. I even have extremely fast (in an unhealthy way) metabolism. I shit 4-5 times per day. I used to not eat anything in the morning and evening just so that I wouldn't need to shit in HS toilets. It didn't do jack shit. I was still rotting in the toilets during the breaks, shitting my guts out.

My point was fasting is the only possible way to do it. Or you could eat an extreme caloric deficit and just run 10-30 miles like David Goggins.

and my point is, fasting isnt sustainable and healthy.
eating in an extreme caloric deficit while still fulfilling ur protein requirements is possible, and i mentioned cardio already.
its just that it will take 6 months to do it instead of 3 months

From this statement I can tell that you eat a diet full of fiber and starches which is death tier for fat loss, it's not fast metabolism.

Try eating more of a carnivore diet for example meat, fish, butter, a lot of eggs and sometimes honey and fruits. It's impossible to be overweight or have excess fat eating like this. Give it a try for at least 1 month and I guarantee that you will see progress.

Aren't you a fucking Jew? Anyways I lost only 3kg in 10 days by eating only lettuce veggie salads without anything else.

So 3 × 3 × 4 = 36.

Achievable if you starve.

If you want to eat normal and lose weight, you need to be running like atleast 6 hours a day in total.

I mainly eat meat. Meatballs, steaks, chicken breasts, soup, potatoes. The usual soviet cuisine.

If your diet is mostly carnivore it's impossible to be overweight. You're either larping or you're bottom of the barrel 1 in a billion specimens.

Klinefelter is a chromosome problem where you have an extra X chromosome isn't it? That doesn't affect things like fat loss or gaining muscles, because women can do the same but at a smaller scale.

Just buy some peptide that suppresses the appetite.
You don't have to workout if your goal isn't muscle.
Chemistry usually works while "muh willpower" not much.

i walked on incline for 1hr every day for 3 months and dropped 20kg. the last 5kg took a month though

If you throw in some weekly or half-month fasts in the mix it's very very possible.

Water weight maybe. Fat hell no.
