Guides here and clavicular says 3L

But 1 guide in botb says to also dehydrate

But it kinda makes sense:
Water companies make bank

And also its pushed heavily by society (pushed a ton=chances are, theres an agenda)

drink 2-3L water a day is good. make sure its from a good source.

But then i will always have water weight unless i cut it for special occasions.

Dont have a before and after but i easily lose 3kg of water with 80-120mg. Literally looks like ive dropped 5% of bodyfat

From a pharma close to my house i just go and say accutane gives me terrible bloat so my derm recommended furosemide if i dont like the water weight and they give it to me. Costs 2$ for 1200mg

You don't get bloat all the time from drinking enough water retard. You're just fat.

U guys rly exaggerate water weight/bloat effects seriously. Unless you have been binge drinking or are chronically dehydrated or your oestrogen's high because you're on a big roid cycle you shouldn't be holding allot of water. Most of you are just not as lean as you think.

Its so huge my little sister saw a video of me and asked why were my cheeks drooping. Shes a baby

Well thats bone structure or if you're still rly young you might lose them with age. My cheekbones got more defined in my mid 20s.

Ur coping. U can try dehydrating by not drinking enough water and/or taking a diuretic but I guarantee you long term (after a day or so when your body starts retaining it because you aren't getting enough) you will look way worse and just increase your chance of health problems.

i drink 4lt / 5 a day
 
Personally, the only difference I see when I would drink water is that I would be even more dehydrated every time I drank it and I always looked bloated. Get most of the water you need from the foods you eat + raw milk and blood
