if you have small mandible (like me) or brutal downward growth, just ldar. because there is no way to fix it at this time

No it's the easiest thing to Maxx.Everyone can get a MM tier lower third with Bimax+Wraparound jaw implant. The harder things to Maxx are the eye areas and zygos

u just need bimax and wraparound? damn i'm going to get this. if i have a decent lower third rn, will the bimax + wraparound be such a significant difference that my family will notice

Yes Bimax if ur recessed otherwise just slap a wrap around jaw implant. Many here cope with osteotomies and try to dissuade users from implants but implants mog osteotomies.More versatile,Less recovery, more augmentation.

That can be fixed too.Lurk more
Small mandible = small bones all over the skull. 1cm BSSO wont help you and yeah the jaw implant will adds mass and your jaw can look bigger from the front, but sagittally it doesnt do shit.
downward growth fucked whole facial development maxilla, ramus 404.
bimax / jaw angle is not self-saving as you think.

I'm not saying that most people have this problem, but no you still cant change a lot of things.

No bone reabsoprtion is meme unless ur getting silicon.Just stick to good implant material like PEEK and Medaphor. Also no I am talking about implants here not fillers.U don't have to keep getting them they are permanent

Answer to that is Distraction osteogenesis.IMDO.Having jaws too small is called micrognathia it's a medical condition and IMDO can be used to address it

No, no, no, no, no. This is false, you can max-out the mandible quite easily but it's foolish to believe you can somehow magically get a MM-tier lower third from surgery. There is things you have to take into account like harmony, how natural the result is, how much can be done, etc.

Chads are rarely made from surgery, that's a bluepilled cope.

get surgery though if you need it

how do you maxx the mandible, is it just through the wraparound jaw surgery? also, what do you think of the claim "get surgery to fix failos not give halos"

implants and fillers suck.

I mean I don't really see a reason why it can't happen.Sure fuck ups do happen but getting a great lower third isn't hard

just don't do implants or fillers , better investment

I agree with the statement get surgery to fix falios over halos 100%. You can't create halos out of thin air, your goal with surgery should always be to fix falios. Wraparound is a risk b/c most time the results look fake and sillicone is prone to infection. I would elect for a ramus osteotomy then jaw angle implants which are positioned at the ramus, that way you get the most realistic and harmonious end result

It's quite hard, otherwise every surgerycel would have a meeks or o'pry-tier lower third by now. It is possible though but it depends on a variety of factors, are the jaw falios fixable? Who's the surgeon, and many other things.

no, this is the worst idea jfl.
maybe if you want to have fillers to make your jaw more symmetrical but having fillers instead of surgery is useless

it's up to you. If it's on the narrow side I would try getting to low bf% and see how angular my face is, and if you're still not satisfied go with a ramus osteotomy to widen the jaw or jaw implants. Be conservative with the implants though. They can be revised, but it's an unnecessary hassle and waste of money.

No jaw to good jaw

Yes, this is a solution for small jaw, although not very passable, because how many surgeons does it in the world? 5-6?

But you still cant solve this
