I get angry like really angry . I get irritated easily and heated up easily to the point that i may go berserk like a Viking warrior in the battlefield. How can I calm my mind before i go complete psycho? Is meditation useful for that? I don't wanna end up in jail or mental asylum in the future or die during a streetfight
Srs ok?
I don't want to be a dull monk but someone with normal temper

It helps a little, but I've found that magnesium helps even more.
With meditation I get temporary serenity and calmness and a constant reduction in anxiety of about 10% let's say. With transdermal magnesium I get a constant 50% decrease of anxiety.

I don't have that much anxiety tbh. Main problem is anger and emotions. I seriously doubt if I'm going bipolar

It makes you stop thinking inside your head and obsessing over things you don't want to be obsessing over.
Basically it gives you time to recollect your thoughts so you can have a clear mind. I do it before studying a lot.
