It does the job but if you want it revised or taken out it's a pain in the ass to do so because Medpor implants get kind of ingrown to the area being treated and that makes them a pain in the ass to get them removed. They also have a slightly bigger risk of infection than other implant materials.

i see thx for info. asking bc found a dr in russia doing infraorbital implants with medpor, wanted to ask for validness of material. will ask dr more about why he chooses them over other materials.
