I would consider myself mostly mentalcel. Yeah.... I'm not goodlooking, but I'm not ugly enough for it to have been the main factor of my inceldom and why I'm still a virgin at 33. I've even had brief chances to "get" with women, and have made out with a few girls. But my mental issues, nervousness, and non-nt behavior have ruined every small oppurtunity for sex and dating that's present itself. Prolonged social isolation,lack of irl friends, and groups, can really fuck with your mind and feelings of self worth. And it's especially damaging if it happens in your formative teen years and you never get help for it.

ADHD is often misdiagnosed in children as a way for adults to cope with a child struggling to stay focused in an unnaturally sterile and rigid environment.

Autism is a largely genetic trait like ugliness, so you're going to find a correlation between ugliness and autism due to the tendency for bad genes to come hand in hand with one another, but that doesn't somehow make autism a coping mechanism for ugly men, as proven by the existence of good-looking autistic men.
