Is mentoplasty a good call this case?

I have a recessed chin, but i dont think i need a more drastic procediment.
What are you guys opinion?

If I were you I would get Lefort 1 for your underbite + Sliding genioplasty after getting as low a bodyfat as I could then growing a designer stubble

The thing is i don't have an underbite, i used braces for 2 years but it was mostly due to cosmetic reasons.

No, I think it’s due to the size of the lower lip, because I can close my bite correctely, it’s just the lips that don't close completely without me pushing the muscles a little bit more, and this is the case since i was little.

can relate, this really sucks. if you'r not NT nor extraverted you need to be chad to not need to do lots of things to get laid.

u seem to have mentalis strain, you seem to be somewhat recessed since you mention having to always use ur muscles a little bit to fully close your lips
id say ask a dentist or something for more info
