Been dieting a while now but my bf loss has slowed down like crazy :trepidation:

Worried that being on such low kcals (1-1.2k) for so long has just RAPED my metabolism

Do I thug it out for another 4 weeks or bump my kcals back up to maintenance ???

Wanna get shredded and stetic for summer FASTTTTTT :cool:

Pretty lean rn just can't see my lower abs and no hollow cheeks

I'm running Ostarine to preserve muscle mass and do cardio like 2-3 times a week

I'm 182cm and idk my weight cus I don't have a scale at uni :forcedsmile:
 
use clen + t3 natty dieting is COPE
 
if your diet is full of whole foods and your hormones are intact it's not likely that your metabolism drops significantly, if you're eating a big mac and calling it a day then it might be more possible but still, you're BMR will never be 1.2k kcal

ok cool, so just stick to 1.2k and then go back to maintenance once 12% bf has been reached?

yeah, im currently on my diet to 11-12% bf too, I eat like 1.8k and burn 350 from stair master and 400 from 10k steps

mirin bro, i used to spam cardio for 2 hours every morning but atp i prefer to just starve on 1k cals and ldr in my room :forcedsmile:

I'm obsessed with having good chest so that when I get lean there's a clear bump when wearing a tighter shirt or being at the beach. With 1.8k kcal and good protein + whole foods I'm actually doing progress in the gym while cutting, Im not big by any means but when Im 11% Ill be close to this hopefully

But ultra low cal is good also, I actually feel sharper when im out just on coffee + butter until like 5 pm

Yeah ik dnp is king but this will suffice i alr got leaner just in a natty way already. Will do anavar, t3 and clen

No point adding Clen when you got DNP. It will just make shake and have hella anxiety (as well as potential heart side effects) for extra 200 calories burnt. Just pop an extra 200mg DNP if you want it just that much faster.

Maybe you stalled due to some water retention or something else.

You are your own species if you are maintaining at 1.1-1.2k, simply not possible for a human.

People also don’t know how to track properly. Your 1.1-1.2k calories could very easily be 1.6k+ with shitty tracking.

It is possible. I've been doing OMAD 1k cals for the past few months, tracking everything and anything that goes into my body

I use nicotine and an ECA stack to NUKE my appetite in the morning and feel fine throughout the day

I remember you writing a good thread about how you leanmaxx on 1.2k cals a day, so idk why it wouldn't be possible? Unsustainable I can understand but its mainly a mental thing ...

EDIT: Nvm u meant impossible to MAINTAIN on 1k cals, my fault

I did say in that thread that you shouldn’t be doing it for more than 4-6 weeks. It is an aggressive deficit. It’s not meant to be sustained, and beyond the 6 week point is should not be sustained regardless. You will run into hormonal problems, sleep, and just feel like utter shit in general.

I also don’t know what you’re eating. Those 1.2k calories should exclusively be from nutrient dense sources, very little to no carbs (since they don’t provide nearly as much nutrition as animal products). Your fat intake should be minimum a third of your body weight in lbs to not run in to hormonal issues too quickly. When maintaining your fat intake shouldn’t be below 100g as a natural.

You’ve done it for too long, I would recommend you return to a maintenance phase, not because of your metabolism, but because of your hormones. Get them properly regulated again, then go again. It will take a bit longer, sure.

You didn’t gain the fat overnight, don’t try lose it overnight.

ur test levels are fucked up if ur dick aint working buddy. Stop cutting for a bit stay on maintenance then continue. This will help get ur t up and the cut will be easier

You have hormonal issues. Your test is tanked. Up you fat intake ASAP.

You can still be shredded by summer. You have time. I agree seeing yourself more shredded daily is addicting. I’m not telling you to stay fat.

Minnisoda starvation experiment. They ate 1.5k calories a day and walked 15k steps a day roughly. At the end they had very little body fat and looked starving. When you actually control the environment, you will see that people are lying about their calories intake most the time. and from personal experience during my first cut.

I started off leanmaxxing for the face gains, but recently I've been focussed on getting dick-skin shredded (full visible 6-pack)

I'm worried Ive taken the cut TOO FAR, I wanna be a skinny legend, not some emaciated freak

what about eating at the maintenance of my desired weight?

I rlly dont wanna end the deficit, I'm fine with upping my kcals but seeing no progression would destroy my motivation for summer shreds

Starving look is by getting to too low bf.

Yes muscle will negate that, for your body at least. Your face may still look malnourished potentially.

If you don’t have visible abs, and are skinny fat you haven’t taken it too fat. But go back to maintenance for now.
