angle of your lower jaw, to measure it you take a PROPER side profile, put it onto paint/photoshop or something, align it onto the frankfurt profile (google or search for it on this forum) then you make a line from your jawline and use a protractor

Without placing the tongue with force onto the palate your maxilla will collapse because of gravity and make your midface even longer. Go look at a picture when you were 10 years younger or a child and compare your midface to now, it will more than likely be longer now.
