Usually in my natural position my mouth is either a bit open or there's space in my mouth, with mewing my mouth is sealed shut my tongue is leaned against the top of my mouth and my mouth is litterally vacuum tight, and i'm trying to breath as hard as i can through my nose without trying to take any gasps of air with my mouth which i might usually do, is this normal or am i doing it wrong?

If it’s not hard you aren’t doing it right

Wrong....it should not be difficult...If it’s difficult than you it will take A LOT more time to see results

On the contrary, i'll see a lot more results since there's a lot more to fix regarding facial and breathing structure

It should be done naturally
So it shouldn’t be hard

It’s a very hard habit to build, yes.

For me it's impossible because raising the posterior third of my tongue invariably closes my airway. I don't have enough oral space.
