I'm doing this routine :
Chew falim gum for 2-3 hours
Then mew with a gum on left side and right side without chewing or anything

During chewing effort of the tounge should be for moving the gum not mewing whule chewing

Why the fuck would you have gum in your mouth without chewing, just take it out and mew normal or just do half an hour to an hour of tongue chewing.

Also you dont need to chew for 2-3 hours thats excessive, one hour is all you need, half hour each side. Good luck
