Is microdosing accutane for years as effective as higher dose up to a year?

For exemple if u take 10mg for years, is it as effective if u hit the accumulative dose? Do u still get rid of camedones, blackheads and shrink nose with such little dosssage?

It would be great if true, bcs I could manage sides easier(dry skin, lipid profile,etc)! Is all that mattets accumulative dose?

Cumulative dose is not perfect.
Just take it till no acne and take it a bit longer.

Is dosing of accutane similar to other retinoids? Like u could start with tret 0,1%, but u would get a lot of peeling and dry skin till skin adapts while on 0,025% skin adapts faster, u get same results, but slower
