Used to have a lot of acne but i recently cleared it up and now i only get a few pimples here and there, I still have some scars tho. My dermatologist has been tryna get me on accutane for a year but I’ve been afraid of the side effects which idk if they’re true tho (stunting growth). I read that microdosing it is good tho and shouldn’t really give u any sides, is it worth it?

It is worth it. I would only recommend it after age 18 due to its negative impacts of DHT, Testosterone, and IGF-1 among other hormones crucial for development.

imo accutane is obsoleted by tretinoin

u think so? I do have it prescribed but I don't use it much. I just have to get consistent with it I guess.

Yes as with most drugs it doesn’t work if you stop taking it.

it’ll just stunt your growth if u take too much of it, you shall be fine if the dosage is little. But there’s other reasons you should not take it. Just get vitamins B & C capsules instead and use derma roller for scars.
