Do you think milk could bloat and ruin your facial aesthetics? Do you guys drink any?
 
Can cause acne avoid daily consumption and keep it at a minimum if not avoid it all together

milk = acne. the best looksmaxxing foods are carrots, spinach, kale, tomatoes. Literally just chop those 4 things up and eat it once or twice a day. After a couple months you'll start to notice your skin glow.

I have been drinking pure milk every day since I was a child. I've never had skin problems. Maybe it affects everyone differently.
 
The best diet for looksmaxxing is a plant based diet with the only animal products being wild caught fish (salmon) and organic free range eggs from chickens NOT fed a corn based vegetarian diet.

If you're lactose intolerant it will obviously cause issues.

It contains a lot of IGF-1, which causes acne for a lot of people as it makes your face excessively oily.

IGF-1 is good for performance, bad for longevity. Obviously as a looksmaxer, the latter is preferable.

I'm turning 17 in February, but I still want to maximize my chances of growing, even if it's 1 inch or whatever. Should I start drinking milk everyday or nah? I don't think it gives me acne.

I quit milk for a few months but it didn't affect my skin at all, seems like cope
