I heard milk contains IGF-1 but I also heard it contains estrogen, which closes the growth plates. Should I drink milk to heightmax? I didn't drink milk until I was 12 while my siblings drank a lot of milk their whole lives and they're way bigger than me.

Milk and broccoli. Brocolli to keep E levels to a minimum. Probably cope tbh

I have no scientic knowledge about this, and if there is this correlation.
Where I live, The Netherlands, people are tall. And, milk products are quit popular here. Milk, cheese, fat-butter (from milk), yoghurt/vla etc..
When, grew up. My mother even went (although officially nto allowed), straight to the farmer to get the milk straight up. That way, that type of milk is even way fatter then the fat-milk you buy in the supermarket. If you let that milk stand for 1 doy in a pan, you'll have like 1 or 2 cm of thick fat on top of that.
So, that's howI grew up.
I'm 188 cm, my oldest brother is like 193 cm and my other brother is about 180 cm

The estrogen effect of milk is overblown imo

It's bad, on so many aspects:
Increases IGF-1, which promotes cancer proliferation
stimulates insulin, causing extra conversion of sugars into fat
hormonal carcinogenesis (breast cancer, prostate and others)
allergies
multiple sclerosis
diabetes 1 in newborns

objectively it's good, there are studies showing it increases height when children drink it vs not. Only reason not to drink milk is if you're prone to acne
