Is mindblowing how there is still not clear steps to fix Bloating / be debloated

Is mind blowing how there is still not clear instrucciones to fix bloating, in my case it seems that im bloated for 15 minutes and they i get lean for a other 15, and is taking a toll in my dating life, because i go from a guy every women look at to being invisible,a other things is,i'm afraid to approach women because i don't know if their mind will change if they see me bloated, some say is carbs, others say You have to do cardio,others say you need to ice your face, but i think by now there should be a guide on how to fix bloating,what really cause it and how to be debloated,there should be already a guide on this,a lots of men and women are getting wrecked by this,i can't go out confidently to approach because of bloating,if i fixed bloating, my success would be higher and the reactions wouldnt fluctuate that hard

Why the fuck do my face get puffy and then after 15 minutes it gets lean? Why the fuck doesnt My face is lean all day? Is like some stuborn water retención or some shit that comes and goes away every some minutes/hours,is like there is some weakness (maybe low potassium or bad bones support) wich makes my face be prone and weak to bloat from moment to moment,and honestly that shit is fucking my dating prospects ,why does i bloat every 15 to 1 hours and then i get lean again?is like my face is playing jokes with me

----- and honestly i don't do anything to be lean,i don't take could showers neither ice cubes,neither cardio (only walking) and i get lean,but i also bloat

Basically,i get debloated and lean without doing anything,but then i bloat

I need to be debloated and lean all day,not every some hours because is reducing my dating pool, is mind blowing how there is not clear steps to be debloated,things like "bloating is cause by this,if You do this You Will be lean" or "avoid this to be lean" and to be legit

I'm confused between icing my face, doing cardio, etc etc,i don't know what is legit

Furosemide, coffee, potassium rich foods/drinks, reduce sodium and carbs

That’s literally about it

I’m pretty sure your thing about bloating and debloating every 15 minutes is psychological. Perhaps you’re the only one who thinks this. Lighting and lifestyle (like looking at yourself eating) will obviously affect how bloated you look at that point in time.

If not then you may have some edema issues

How much would you recommend a day? I’m quite young
I mean it depends on the coffee and if you’ve drank coffee before.

I like iced americanos. They’re practically zero calories and they debloat me quickly (few hours). Started with small size and slowly increase to the largest size. The more you have, the more you are debloated.

It’s not harmful as long as you can still sleep at night.

I mean it depends on the coffee and if you’ve drank coffee before.

I like iced americanos. They’re practically zero calories and they debloat me quickly (few hours). Started with small size and slowly increase to the largest size. The more you have, the more you are debloated.

It’s not harmful as long as you can still sleep at night.
I just drink mochas or whatever i can get my hands on. (I pretty much take them in the morning-afternoon) not night or else i wont sleep

Stop eating carbs, gluten and dairy and you won't bloat
