Is minox plus ru still the most effective regime for hairloss?

I have been using this combo as no brainer pick and maybe something new came up recently? What do u use for hairloss?
 
should i get on RU what does it do for you and what are the side effects what's ur opinion on it and how long did it take for u to see results
 
Well I mean adding dutasteride would make it "the most effective"

There were some scary case reports from RU, dut+minox is the gold standard not ru
 
Add in ketoconazole shampoo, oral castor oil, dermarolling, and red light therapy to make it a goated stack
