Is Mirror Disortion Real

When I look at my full length mirror I realize that I not only look fat but also ugly is this how I actually look or is it distorted

it's just a reflection of reality. there is no distortion

should I by a true mirror since mirrors only show your reflection and not how people actually see you IRL

Just put two mirrors together at an angle, it’s the same as a true mirror. When I did that it wasn’t much different.
