You won't get it if you take it for less than 6 months, go 5 days on then 2 days off for 3 months to be safe

Check your blood glucose levels and if it’s not near the diabetic range you’re good. I’ve almost completed a 3 month cycle of MK and checked the other day for the first time my blood glucose and got 4.9 pre-diabetic range starts 5.6
