i have been using mouthtape for only a couple weeks and am already noticing improvements but sometimes it feels like it’s just placebo

if your sinuses are clogged it’s possible you could die if you can’t breathe out of your mouth at all i personally use micropore tape so if i absolutely need to i can breathe but it holds my mouth shut for the most part
