Is mse cope or good?

Im getting mse in 1 week but I have just seen different opinions on it, some saying it will make my face more symmetric and others saying it will do the exact opposite.
Also i havent seen any results, getting mine for free though so its not a waste of money if it doesnt do anything.
I will update and maybe post results since i have never seen information on pain, looks and everything else there is on tiktok, .org, etc
