It's funny, due to your protruding lips and lack of projection around the radix, you kinda look like an albino negroid 
I think you would benefit a lot from a jaw surgery that will move your whole mouth backward. The effects of a rather flat mandible will probably need to be addressed too ; a genioplasty might be necessary for optimal esthetic results.
So basically a trimax.
